but instead, one of the events that we are supporting this season has to do with women and powerful ones at that!  My friend, Jen Hoyt Tidwell, started CLAW, Charlottesville Lady Arm Wrestlers, a few years ago and look at it now!  It has gone all over the country.  She is now the executive of a collective of women arm wrestling leagues that raise money for charity and provide spectacular entertainment for all.  This weekend The Hip Joint has helped to sponsor the first national competition right here in Charlottesville.  In fact, it is taking place tomorrow evening across the street from us at the Jefferson Theater.  I wish that I had had more time to write about this sooner.  Go check it out if you can!!!!!
